Until seven hours ago, I had this problem too, and here’s what I did:
1. I uninstalled the NVIDIA driver from January 30.
2. I installed the previous version.

Why do we have this problem?
Because DLSS 4 was loaded—it supports 75 games, but not Delta Force.

Yeah, I noticed it too. I rolled back just to see if it was DLSS 4, and Surprisingly it was the issue. For now I recommend people to just wait for it to be supported.

I had the same FPS stutters on the New NVIDIA drivers (572.16). I reverted back to the previous driver (566.36) and the stutters are gone. There's terrible ghosting on the new update too when DLSS is on, I prefer people stick to the previous drivers for now.

I install November driver, is soo good no frames Drops 240-220 max and lower 190

Dlss 4 was the issue for me. Huge frame drops.

The issue is NOT DLSS 4. Issue is because the new driver enabled reBAR for Delta Force, before the game itself supports it. You can use the newest driver, get Nvidia Profile Inspector, find the Delta Force profile and disable reBAR for DF. That WILL fix the issue, till a game update. And you can use DLSS 4 for other stuff

Everything on low and the mud looks like a mirror, Operators also very detailed on the main menu. Id say they force people to play with a certain standard, so the content created appears with quality and doesnt give a bad look on their game.
