Hip-Fire Builds seems to be pretty good.
Been having fun messing around with make Hip-Fire builds, seem to be really good on especially shotguns and SMGs, would suggest people to give them a go.

Some weapons can get up to 100 accuracy with attachments. You can bunny hop around and shoot like it's Quake.

can get really close on most weapons with the 4 points that the rail panel gives.

hip fire MP7 is crazy
Gave it a go and it's decent but i think ideally you'd want more rate of fire.
Vector with the weird boxy kit stuff on it goes hard for hip firing.

950 rpm not enough for you? I have bad news for you regarding the rest of the guns in the game

wasn't saying it wasn't good enough, just that over 1000rpm has a great advantage with hip fire.
