changing attachments during matches?

why isnt this a thing? i dont want to spent time outside the game changing an optic or other attachment only to learn that it doesnt fit the situation.

is there a reason?

I'm assuming this is for warfare and that you're not aware of this option..... It's convoluted and kinda bad QOL, but in your loadouts, save multiple versions of the gun with the various attachments you want to test out. On your death screen where it shows you the overhead map, RIGHT CLICK on the gun icon and it'll bring up your loadout screen and you can swap between your different loadouts.
