rescues doesnt work for jack

For some reason when I play support my rescues aren't counted, which is ridiculous
Typically I wouldn't care since as long as the rescue is preformed it should be fine, however to show others you aren't crap you display badges, one of which for stinger is get 75 rescues. I appear to get 1 rescue from 20 people. Just ridiculous. There's no reason for this to be happening as it is the only in-game stat that isn't tracked properly
