Why only AMD driver 24.8.1 work with this game?

Can someone explain why only 24.8.1 works with this delta force game, any newer then the FPS becomes very suttery and low

idk beta driver 25.1.1 work fine , but still wait for dev fix SAM to work with game

i just tried that driver, it was a mess, my fps kept dipping into the 90s. I guess im hard stuck 24.8.1

for me 24.8.1 drive is kinda garbage , +20 fps but lower fps low % , so i keep play on newer with disable SAM

Game ran like absolutely garbage for me. Moved it to my NVME SSD, runs flawlessly now, instant load times in operations too.
