I was playing Operations a few moments ago, and that message came out and closed the game for me, and as expected I lost everything, and worse still to SECOND to extract, I want a solution please, previously it happened similar, but as It was in the beginning that I took something strange, but now it came out of nowhere, I want it to be compensated in some way.

I just got the same issue for the second time, the first time this happened was about a week ago it happened once and then i closed and relaunched the game and it went away. Just happened again today and now closing the game does not fix it. And before you ask no i am not cheating, i never have cheated, and i am not trying to cheat. Never have in any game and I never will. If you guys are seriously so up ur own asses that you think a bug couldnt cause this you must be terrible IT.

Quite the opposite.

You've probably got mouse, keyboard or RGB software running in the background, many of these can trigger anti cheat detection.

Because many of these programs are starting to be used to cheat, macros, rapid fire, detecting and displaying footstep audio, recoil scripts etc.

Then you have things like rainmeter, wallpaper engine, crosshair apps, and very commonly mod engines for single player games. If these are running on your system in the background, that can and usually will trigger anticheat.

Nvidia overlay, Radeon overlay, Afterburner overlay etc and more, same thing.

They all hook in in ways similar to cheat engines, or actually are used to exploit.

Chances are that nigh-on everyone who is being "unfairly banned for cheating" has one of the above or similar running in the background triggering the anti cheat.

If you want to see what's running in your background without you opening it, go to your desktop;

Push: Ctrl + Alt + Esc

Go to Startup tab, and anything here that is marked as enabled is starting on your PC at boot without notifying or asking you. And many programs that do this can trigger anticheat.

Nearly all of them can be safely disabled.

Apparently there was a hacker and killed everyone on the server I was on,

Nope! none of those software running, in fact the only software I actively had running was steam, chrome, and the game. i dont use any overlays, i dont use screen recording software, nothing. my keyboard and mouse software is roccat (which I did not use in the background and which does not have macros) and g hub (which does not have recoil control) and actually the issue just fixes itself. I am sure it is a conflict with some sort of software but it is definitely one that it should NOT be flagging for possible cheats. Also it seems like a lot of people here are confused thinking that this message is a ban, it is not. It is a temporary message that pops up and then randomly (or seemingly randomly) goes away. It is just an annoyance more than anything.

Also Goblin to address you directly my apologies for including your message in the original reply i was not calling you dense more of the guy who said "Cheater begone and never darken our fun again. I have never had a possible cheat message pop up in any other game so if it is some software on my computer that is being flagged by this particular anti cheat is an anti cheat problem not a player problem.

its not a ban. its a message that pops up and makes you close the game then goes away later. thats the point the people getting this message are not getting banned we are getting kicked from games for no reason then let back in to play again either minutes or hours later.

I appreciate their attempts at stopping cheating, but if the anti cheat is going to punish common utilities like razer synapse and gaming overlays that's a step in the wrong direction.

I don't appreciate being kicked or "shadow banned" because I like to adjust my DPI on the fly if I am in a heli, in a tank, or on foot. Also every single gaming company and gaming companion app has an overlay, INCLUDING WINDOWS.

I won't be supporting or playing this game into the future if they cannot whitelist common apps, or if they don't have a human review element to make sure the account flagged isn't just random.

Again, YMMV but 250 hours before I uninstalled this and in 20+ years of ONLINE gaming, I've never once in tens of thousands of hours in hundreds of games of MP FPS been kicked, had games shutdown or been banned for dodgy files or actions and I've never had to worry about what apps I have running in the background or make changes to achieve that.

I have however sent many, many kids to the perma ban sin bin in numerous servers that I ran for having the temerity to come on and try cheating on my watch.

Dunno what else to tell you, the issue doesn't lie with the game and you need to reflect on that, come back and tell us how its not working after you do a vanilla install of your OS with just the basic drivers to get gaming or don't, whatever, keep ploughing on and being ignored by the devs and getting no joy from the game, you can make your own bed and lie in it.

Currently, your bed looks like its infested with bed-hacks and needs an exterminator.

further thoughts, as this has a kernel level anti-cheat and has explicit access to view pretty much everything on your PC, maybe its hacks for another game, maybe a single player trainer app and the anti-cheat is running zero trust settings, software doesn't need to be running for ACE to check your file tables for cheating apps.

Still, best thing you can do is hose your current OS install and start again with zero changes, not even the latest drivers, just go with the default WHQL drivers and see what happens, I'm 99.9999999% certain your issues will be gone and if they are, then start adding back in your drivers, checking with each update that the game still works fine and once your drivers are done, then start adding back in any other apps you need for peripherals and testing with every step.

for me it was my antivirus that blocked part of the ace anti cheat that kicked me once or twice i even contacted the delta force support and they suggested adding all ace-xxx programms to the allow list, since then no kick and they also confirm its not a ban its a "kick" so dont call everyone a cheater

You're 100% wrong. Have never cheated in any game whatsoever, and I'm not doing a full windows reinstall just for one game when I've never had an issue ever in years with any other software. But continue thinking you have all the answers and know everything about people that encounter this bug, it's quite funny.

Razer Synapse will get you banned on most competitive shooters.

Basically every modern mouse can adjust DPI on the fly without any background software open in the background.
