Are Laser Sights actually worth it?

The more I play the less I'm convinced they are... Sure, you can turn them off when you expect them to reveal you to a potential enemy, but you'd need to pay a lot of attention to it, and when you do you'd get less handling with them equipped

So timing is crucial. Just as you said, I'll turn it off when I have a hunch that there are people around. And at close range, there's no need to use the scope. I can directly aim with the gun - raising posture of the laser, and the laser will turn on automatically. If I don't equip the laser, the scope - opening speed is really too slow. So it's still valuable.

They're really good if you're going for an accuracy build on your gun. Guns like Uzi and SG552 do really well with high accuracy builds. Don't even need to aim down the sights in most engagements. And a lot of the time I prefer the tactical stance that comes with laser sights than using optics.
