AMD Graphic User Read This

Since update yesterday my fps drops and stuttering. I was tried to install latest driver, even driver 25.1.1 still not working. (i used 24.8.1 before update and it's still fine till yesterday update).

and gladly maybe this way can solve any amd user.

1. uninstal graphic using ddu (safe mode)
2. Install 24.8.1 amd driver
3. turn off any features amd, like anti-lag, amfm, sharpening and etc.
4. turn off SAM (smart access memory) on adrenaline setting
5. Turn off REBAR Size memory (bios setting)
6. on properties game delta force steam, input -USEAVAILABLECORES
7. in game on super resolution graphic setting, turn off

i tried these setting and feel fine in match attack defence.
my pc is R5 5600, RX 6600XT setting high stable on 120 fps

If you are on AMD, try the new Optional 25.1.1 Driver.
It fixed the framedrops on my 7900XT.

If you want to limit the FPS, lets say to 120, doing it in Delta-Force results in 1% low FPS values down to 40 FPS.
BUT, if you limit it in the Radeon driver you will get a much better result with 1% low FPS values of 100-113 FPS

I'm pretty lost on what is happening with my pc. It started with my 3D printing slicer not opening anymore and now I'm at a point that Delta Force is unplayable, MS Teams video doesn't work anymore and nothing seems to fix it.
PC specs:
Rx 7800xt, 7 7700x, Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX, Corsair Vengeance ddr5 2x 16GB

Based on some other advise I tried to reinstall AMD drivers using DDU. No success, but that's when Delta Force started to act up. So I start to look into that. I find the recommendation to roll back to AMD drivers 24.8.1. and to turn off SAM. Again, no success.
I also already tried to update the Visual C++ Redistributable and to repair WebView2 Runtime, again without success. Windows is up to date, updated my bios from F31 to F32.
MS Teams video of people I call with is constantly as if there is a bad connection, stuttering, freezing and pixelated. When I try to play Delta force, I sometimes can't spawn, I spawn without a weapon, sometimes some keyboard inputs are not recognized, my teammates don't have friendly icons, I can still jump when I'm downed or I have lag. Like, what the actual is going on? I am new to PC building, but this seems extreme and anything I try seems to make it worse... Please help!?

I think that its to much work just to play delta force, i also have stuttering but i will not change the driver version just for this game. Just put -dx11 in te launch commands and that will make the stuttering stop.
