How much of hackclaw operator silent step is silent?

Can people still hear me when crouched? If so how can I measure that for example?
I was sneaking onto an operator the whole time and he still somehow knew where I exactly was ( Unless cheating )

Feels like a lot. I've been sneaked by her in zero dam on cement plant. She just went up the metal stairs like a cat. I didnt hear nothing regardless metal being the loudest thing u can walk on and i was like 3m next to it.

I've been looking for some more data but can't find anything. Would be nice to know if she's 30 or 50 or 90% quieter.
