To prevent this simply stop holding the angle and repeak a second later.
You can also see laser and flashlight easily as well as certain muzzles have a massive flash that is easy to spot, if I don't simply guess and spray into it since most decent weapons have 50+ bullets.
Hackclaw makes your screen glitchy and detection arrows warn you, the other methods are silent and you won't know.
There's alot to be thinking about, not just arrows and tanks.
