How do you bind Breathe and Aim to RMB simultaneously?

You can bind both Breathe and Run to Shift, but not RMB, is there a workaround?

No my recommendation is you dont try to do a work around if you modify or use macros or anything of the such you may find yourself on the end of a BAN. The forums are littered with so called innocent bans as people are calling it. Best not play with fire even if there is a way around.

Euh, why would you bind Breathe on AIM ? It's usually SHIFT.

When I ADS, I usually do so because of seeing an enemy, so I'll fire immediately afterwards. Automatically having breath held every time would be convenient

This is patched and no longer possible. They hard coded this into the games location table and when the game finds that you have "ToggleAiming" and "ToggleHoldBreath" bound to "RightMouseButton" it will unbind it automatically.
