Are Quests just not tracking?
I have BASE FIREPOWER and it asks as follows:

1. On ANY Zero Dam operation, go to the specified location at the Major Substation and Investigate. (Completed)

2. 0/1 In any Zero Dam operation, extract with ANY picked up Assault Rifle
(I have done this where I have killed another Operator and looted him got M4A1 and I have also found Assault rifles in crates and both times I have successfully Extracted) and it still says 0/1

3. 0/1 In any Zero Dam operation, extract with ANY picked up Submachine Gun.
(I have also done this where I have either killed a player, bot, or found in crate extracted successfully and still shows 0/1)

Is there a specific way I need to do this or am I just stuck and wont be allowed to Progress? Is there a way to fix this issue from my end?
I'm enjoying the game and pretty much every other quest is tracking but not this one :(
If anyone had this issue and got past it please help.
