Loadout in operations mode help

whilst making some loadouts for quick access in operations mode i was wondering if there is a way to also mod the gun you have chosen so it purchases the gun + mods (like scope, stock, mag) and installs them, as at the moment the loadout just gives the gun with no mods whatsoever

Yeah, Pretty sure once you make your desired loadout. You save it. At the loadout screen theres a button down the bottom saying 'loadout' Click your saved one, then you purchase it
