how to extract?

as a solo for space city and brakkesh?

I feel very limited trying to extract as a solo on these maps because 1 youve gotta pull a lever to activate any kind of extraction which obviously makes a whole team / server know where your general location is if you trying to extract
2, im aware of the dog tag extractions although ive never used it and they just seem to be in a very sketchy place such as hot zones

whats your take on it? or how do you go on about this, teach me your ways + git gud i know that already
