Got banned for 10 years

I was looking forward to playing the game after work and when I tried logging in it said I got banned for violating user agreement 10 YEARS. I have never cheated and I get this what kindn of nonsense is this?

If you were a clean player and still got banned then this anti cheat has to be a big concern.

just got banned for a couple of days in the middle of a serpentine raid, i almost dont get kills in pvp, and still got banned for no reason. Was enjoying the game, uninstaling´.

I was also issued a 10 year ban. Been writing their support every day for nearly a month trying to find out why. They will never say a word, and there’s almost zero chance you ever get unbanned. I say almost zero because I’ve talked to exactly one person who got a 10-year ban only to have their account unbanned at random. Support never responded to them, they just tried to open the game and found they weren’t banned anymore.

I’m half tempted to make a new account after I get some new hardware and make a video of me placing top 5 in every lobby I play in with cameras pointed at my monitor/hands/whatever else just to prove I’m innocent. It’s infuriating being accused of something I hate so much, with absolutely no power to clear my name.

Guilty until proven innocent…

It would be nice if they told me why they think I cheated. I could help them determine why their system is banning random innocent people.

I can’t prove a negative. This is why our court systems use innocent until proven guilty. They hold all the keys but believe they don’t need to give out any info because they think their system is flawless.

So their system will just keep banning people at random, they will keep making posts like this, everyone will assume they are just salty about getting caught.

I doubt it. I play cs for quite a long time and a lot of people claim they dont cheat but banned
