Banned for User Agreements? help

I was playing warfare mode for a few rounds and had no issues. I moved onto trying Operations, i had a bad 2min30sec game so I load into another game and right after my 3 man secure military intel from the computer, i got a ban notice for some kind of "User Agreement"...

maybe u were in a team with cheaters and someone reportet u that u were playing with cheaters .. so u get banned because u were not reporting them

nah his cheats got detected or somthing similar, if you play with randoms and they cheat you get a warning you also get a warning if it was someone from your pre mates who cheated, you get 1 or 2 warnings after that account bann, in his chase he got instant bann so hes been cheating + thats not a main account steam user

unfortunately there is no help. i recived 10 year ban for this and their answer is "Upon review, the account has been banned for [10 years] because of [Third - party software loading detected.]. Please refer to the information displayed in the game for the specific punishment end time"
I have no idea what this is all about. Where did this ban even come from? there are plenty people like me on Steam and Reddit. This is a Chinese product, so it seems they approach things differently. I’ve played over 140 hours, including the closed alphas, all with the same settings, and everything was fine.
