do laser sights actually affect accuracy and handling when adsing?
or is it only if you're using the tactical holding stance that it enables? it's not clear from the text description if a handling/accuracy buff is being applied *across the board* as long as the laser is on, or if it's just in the stance mode.

Yes they affect it.

BUT i removed them from all my weapons. they give away your position waaaaaay too much.

Enemies see/notice you coming from miles away they see you coming from corners they see you camping they see you where you hide to regenerate they see you holding a corner they see it through smoke when you want to rush through.

And if your with multiple people you will be almost always the 1st that will be targeted. in a zerg fight.

In my experience after 230+ hours and hiting Marshal rank using lasers on weapons is like turning on Hard Mode lol.

Totaly not worth the extra ADS speed and accuracy and slight mobility increase.
The ammount of times using a laser screwed me out of good killstreaks is crazy.

its also annoying to constantly turn them on and off or aim at walls when hiding/regenerating/holding corners/camping etcetcetc...

I agree with the guy above me. I cannot overstate the amount of times i was about to do something (rounding corners seems to be the popular one), saw the lazzor, and instead halojumped to kill the guy.

I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ HATE halojumping

also agree with Zordiark. lasers suck, just practice hitting your shots. use red dot secondary stance is needed. not worth getting jorked on for 3 matches in a row. it's honestly just a pain in the ass to use them too. people also notice you too easily (as pointed out by Zordiark and Poo), and the only purpose i've found it useful for is getting used to using a new gun at longer ranges, and that's only really ever necessary/viable for me if I'm using a new sniper or marksman rifle. after i get used to the gun i always just take it off and re-calibrate the gun a little.

in my opinion you're better off using something like the panoramic red dot if you NEED another stance. otherwise just calibrate your gun to be a little faster and accurate and just practice with it.

"accuracy" in this game is "hip-fire", that said in "details" of the weapon parts. You want Control and Stability for ADSing, although, low Handling is actually bad if you are advancing frontline.

Feels like I like taking everything off like lasers, not using silencers since people notice their allies falling on minimap anyway, and bipods although they patch bipods to be auto now so is easier. I just dont like some of the add-ons that give hindrance without enough pros to compensate for.

I wish... the amount of time a single player casualy wiped 6-10 of us from behind because not a single person was looking at the minimap, i was the 1st he killed then i just watched how he soloed everyone without anyone even turning around to see whats going on lol.

Happened multiple times with me and even i did it a few times XD

Alot of people are focused soooo much whats going in front of them that they ignore all the X appearing behind them.

The accuracy stat is at odds with ADS'ing anyway? As the accuracy stat is about hip fire accuracy and not all accuracy.

Main benefit of lassers is the increased ADS speed.
