Banned for nothing

I installed the game, launched it and after loading shaders i got a message saying my device was banned. My account isnt banned tho.

Contacted support alot of times, they say that they cannot give me the reason of the ban due to internal privacy policies (???????!) and tell me to get another device to play from because my account isnt banned. If im a cheater why do they recommend me to play from another pc?! Its ridiculous, i never cheated on a game and i get a 1year ban on this.

Also is super frustrating because they close the ticket every time they awnser with a copy paste awnser.

Im super sad because i played all early accesses and i love this game so much, and now i need to wait 1year because im not going to replace a new and expensive pc

I've just been given a 10 year ban for... Violation of the User Agreement. Running as always where OneDrive, MSI Afterburner and NVidia App. The game has run fine with these running. Only difference tonight was I had Logitech G-Hub running (trying to fix headset surround sound) which I normally don't run. Shut it down and tried again but no luck.
I've had no warnings about software/processes running, played the game last night with a typically below average score, shut down, went to play today and 10 year ban !

I expect I will get nowhere judging by other's comments, but it so annoying... It's shame because the game is great...

I have synapse installed but I don't use any macros or scripts and I've been fine playing.

but its possible that 3rd party software could cause a false ban for sure and thats exactly why you don't use macros/scripts or various other overlay softwares just in case.

Honestly, the margin for failure on HWID bans is small. Like it was mentioned earlier, it's not the ID of one particular HW thats banned.
Instead of paying for "undetected" cheats, rather pay more for a better spoofer OR even better, spoof yourself. If that requires tooo much work and time just to be able to have "fun" in a game, don't start at all? play legit :)

Macros through mainstream tools is most likely going to be detected unless it already is.
Synapse wont trigger a HWID ban unless the programmer really was drunk that day at work and went "ahhh, just trigger anything injecting to any related process.. lets say all the win processes"

I was banned for the same reason as you, except that I have played 600 hours since day one and a few days ago I formatted the PC and on the PC I only have delta force armory crate and icue which I need to manage all the LEDs I have on my desk, I have been banned twice in 3 days for Abnormal game behavior and the support doesn't want to tell me which program is interfering with their overpower anti cheat, I have financed these clowns since day one and none of the support wants to help me understand the motivation.
