Banned for nothing

I installed the game, launched it and after loading shaders i got a message saying my device was banned. My account isnt banned tho.

Contacted support alot of times, they say that they cannot give me the reason of the ban due to internal privacy policies (???????!) and tell me to get another device to play from because my account isnt banned. If im a cheater why do they recommend me to play from another pc?! Its ridiculous, i never cheated on a game and i get a 1year ban on this.

Also is super frustrating because they close the ticket every time they awnser with a copy paste awnser.

Im super sad because i played all early accesses and i love this game so much, and now i need to wait 1year because im not going to replace a new and expensive pc

I mean, give them evidence than you own a razer device. Like a bill or something. I believe than if you change mouse and uninstall the razer program, you will be able to play again.

I use both keyboard and mouse of razer, the program is awsome cuz as a professional photographer who uses lightroom i can change W A S D to arrows to move photos, space bar to delete and for exemple, C becomes CTRL + C so i dont have to press CTRL.
Working without it would suck

Yeah, try different things. Something got flagged on your computer. It's possible than it's something from that list. I believe than if you want to keep this keyboard and mouse, it's best to use a different computer to do photography as a hobby nowadays.

You got flagged for using macros with razer software OR for using Nvidia enhancement since it's in the list, maybe.

they are basicly a scam then. u contact them in person. they refere to the bot. they dont want nothing to do with you. just sad...

Im a professional photographer tho, i got a macbook pro, but its way slower to edit.

Its just crazy that you get a 1year ban instead of a warning and maybe 1week ban. Specially cuz i didnt use macros ingame, maybe i activated the profile cuz the keybind is right control

I mean, if it happened i would have changed it back in a matter of seconds, my W A S D would literally stop working.

Yeah, welcome in the realm of anti-cheat customer service. There is so much cheaters lying and crying than it's difficult to know who say the truth. I hope you will manage to get your voice heard by the customer service. If not, be smarter than them and try different stuff to see if you manage to play again.

But don't worry, with thermal and the new operator coming, the game risk to see his playerbase leaving.

ahah, has there been alot of cheaters in the game? I havent played it since last playtest, back then there where alot in space city but Dam and Leyali where pretty fine

Only map where i don't meet cheaters is zero dam on easy. Everywhere else enemies knew exactly where i am, all the time.

I got banned my very first game, I didnt even get a kill and it kicked me for 2 days. I have no clue why other than violated user agreement.
