Banned for nothing
I installed the game, launched it and after loading shaders i got a message saying my device was banned. My account isnt banned tho.

Contacted support alot of times, they say that they cannot give me the reason of the ban due to internal privacy policies (???????!) and tell me to get another device to play from because my account isnt banned. If im a cheater why do they recommend me to play from another pc?! Its ridiculous, i never cheated on a game and i get a 1year ban on this.

Also is super frustrating because they close the ticket every time they awnser with a copy paste awnser.

Im super sad because i played all early accesses and i love this game so much, and now i need to wait 1year because im not going to replace a new and expensive pc

One of their last awnsers.

Dear Operator,

Welcome to the Delta Force Service Support Center. We are delighted to assist you.

We treat every player fairly and greatly value your feedback. Regarding your issue, after verification by the relevant team, the punishment of your device ban is correct. We recommend that you replace a new device and re-enter the game. Your punishment is mainly for the device. If you use other accounts to play games on this device in the future, you may receive the similar punishment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Regarding the issue of evidence,we are unable to provide you with the detailed evidence you require, as the content involves our company's internal privacy. The ban is imposed only after a thorough review, so we cannot lift the ban in advance.

Thank you for your support and understanding.

Best Regards,

get the evidence, share the evidence.
So they actually do device bans. Good. Many on this forum were complaining that cheaters can create another account and cheat again. Seems it's not always that easy.

Unfortunately as HWID spoofing is an integral part of most cheats at this point, actual cheaters are not affected by this policy.

Maybe. I'm not a cheater, so I can only judge by posts on this forum.
To get practical knowledge, one have to cheat and buy hardware/software for that, and I'm not really interested in it.
Also, you say HWID spoofing. But that's a vague term which may mean different things.
I would use an algorithm or machine learning trained on multiple variables to identify the physical computer with high probability.
Like BIOS, MAC, CPU model, video card model, network subnets used, SSD/HDD models and sizes, RAM modules models and frequencies, monitor model. And constantly update this info for every user to keep it current.
So I doubt that "actual cheaters are not affected". Seems like gaslighting to me.
I mean, there is still some amount of "too good to be true" players in every match, but to me, it feels better than it was on open beta release. Less ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ deaths which couldn't be explained.
But I'm playing, most probably, on EU servers and in warzone mode only. So I don't know anything about "operations" situation or other regions.

Quote about the issue to help OP

https://security.stackexchange.com/questions/258681/can-somebody-abuse-my-hardwares-ids

What can a hacker do with my serial numbers?

As you described, a hacker could get your hardware ID banned. There isn't much you can do against that, except to appeal with customer support, stating that the IP from which the offending player connected isn't associated with any location you usually play from, which in turn would make it very likely your ban would get removed.

However, it should also be noted that many games use account-level bans instead of hardware-level bans. While this does not deter cheaters who's goal it is to ruin other people's fun, it is quite effective against cheaters who try to use illicit means to further their account's progress.

Theoretically it's just a fingerprint, not a single fixed ID.
A sum of many variables identifying your computer and your network.
There is probability that the system may falsely identify someone, but it's small.
Of course, if algorithm is good enough.

Did a ban like this happen to anyone?Any sugestions on how to fix this? Ive exchanged like 5emails where they tell me to use the ingame costumer help, that closes tickets everytime after a copy paste awnser.

They say they saw multiple cheating behaviour on my pc but refuse to share it with me.

I wanted to play this game rly bad, its so unfair.

Yep, it's weird. If you barely started to play the game (seeing the 24 minutes recent playing time) why have you 13 hours into the game ? Did someone else used your computer at your place ?

No, its from the 1st playtest if im not mistaken, the 2nd was a demo, the 1st counts for playtime.

I nolifed both playtests, never cheated, never got banned. All went super well

Also, its a device ban for 1 year and it starts on the release date lol, so the ban only applied when i launched the game for the first time, didnt come from playtests
I don't know how to help you. You already contacted the support. Clean your computer and change your SSD maybe ? (I believe the hardware ID ban is linked to your SSD ID ?)

Im not sure, but i have a 5gb/s 4tb disk, dont rly wanna change it because of this game.

In support tickets they told me 5x to change pc (lol)

So you participated in the first playtest, but when the game was released you waited for more than a month to start playing it?

You can still try to install a fresh windows on this disk and try to play the game, to see if it's working or not.
