Unfortunately as HWID spoofing is an integral part of most cheats at this point, actual cheaters are not affected by this policy.
To get practical knowledge, one have to cheat and buy hardware/software for that, and I'm not really interested in it.
Also, you say HWID spoofing. But that's a vague term which may mean different things.
I would use an algorithm or machine learning trained on multiple variables to identify the physical computer with high probability.
Like BIOS, MAC, CPU model, video card model, network subnets used, SSD/HDD models and sizes, RAM modules models and frequencies, monitor model. And constantly update this info for every user to keep it current.
So I doubt that "actual cheaters are not affected". Seems like gaslighting to me.
I mean, there is still some amount of "too good to be true" players in every match, but to me, it feels better than it was on open beta release. Less ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ deaths which couldn't be explained.
But I'm playing, most probably, on EU servers and in warzone mode only. So I don't know anything about "operations" situation or other regions.

A sum of many variables identifying your computer and your network.
There is probability that the system may falsely identify someone, but it's small.
Of course, if algorithm is good enough.
They say they saw multiple cheating behaviour on my pc but refuse to share it with me.
I wanted to play this game rly bad, its so unfair.
Yep, it's weird. If you barely started to play the game (seeing the 24 minutes recent playing time) why have you 13 hours into the game ? Did someone else used your computer at your place ?
No, its from the 1st playtest if im not mistaken, the 2nd was a demo, the 1st counts for playtime.
I nolifed both playtests, never cheated, never got banned. All went super well
In support tickets they told me 5x to change pc (lol)
You can still try to install a fresh windows on this disk and try to play the game, to see if it's working or not.
