Why are my bullets phasing through people?

Hitreg is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ terrible was thinking its my connection but my ping is great ill point blank chest shot someone with my deagle or shotgun and nothing happens second and fourth shot from my rifle connects. ♥♥♥♥ is crazy

Because the bullets come out your eyes not the gun, you can see this when people use head glitches, ever just barley pop your head out and then shoot someone and kill them? When clearly the gun is in a sand bag.

I actually never had hitreg issues in this game under my 200 hours.
(playing on Europe servers with fiber)

I live in TN USA and I have to put whole mags into people to kill them even players sitting still.
