Free extra gear in Operations

If you click on the Delta Force Icon in the bottom left on the map selection screen,you can get free stuff. I think it's mostly ammo and some gear, but you can sell it for a good profit.
I just did it and got 60 7.62x54R Gold rounds.
(It does sometimes say that 'no one is answering' but wait a couple seconds and try again. There is a limit and I think it's based off operator level, but idk)
