There are no flyable jets in this game currently....
that explains why nobody has taken down a jet yet with stingers, but will keep looking in case any jet shows up1

They are largely useless against good helicopter pilots. As the 450m range is a drop in the bucket on KotH maps.

Now you might be saying "just use laser pointers and teamwork to increase that low range". To which the answer to that is laser pointers also bafflingly only have 450m of range. So if you outrange the stingers, you're going to outrange the laser pointers meant to increase the range of the stingers by proxy. Most useless item in the game, but also takes team cordination to use anyway?

Laser designators are worthless in this game. No one ever uses the lock on missiles. I've spent an entire match keeping vehicles at bay with it and not one person ever even shot one ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ missile at anything. Only thing they're good at is keeping your own score pathetically low because it doesn't give any points.

Stingers and javelins are underpowered. Vehicles have plenty of hard counter unlocks against them. Their range is 450m so helis hardly have to worry about them (just use the hard counter to move out of range or kill the user).

This is why most people don't touch the stinger or javelin. And like I said, laser designators also only have 450m of range too, which is insanely stupid and a large part of why they're completely useless. At least if it's range was buffed to 1000m+, it might have some niche use against helicopters if you can get a teammate to swap to a stinger.
Stinger/Javelin range need to be increased to max (In reality Javelin locks on and destroys up to 5KM, here you can't lock on above 400 meters lmao).
This is the reason why vehicles are overpowered.
Also active defense - wtf is this and why it actually exists? at least make cooldown for it 1.5m, not 30s.

Vehicles in general are not too powerful... it's more up to the driver and his skills. But the helicopter is too strong and its cooldown is far too small with the automatic repair... 4 people tried to get the helicopter down... after 10 minutes we still didn't get a hit, because of the range, of the active defense and because the helicopter simply kept blocking our view of itself.

The hint itself that you are being targeted is a problem. The hint that a rocket is coming can remain, but the fact that it is being targeted should be removed...

What skill is required to wear M1A4 with 120mm high explosives (large area explosion) and constantly bombard enemy positions from the end of the map? No skill required.

You still have to hit the area and avoid enemy fire... And the splashdamage area isnt realy large... i use the munition myself... and you have a problem against another vehicles

It's super large. As myself, i'm only keep camping and bombarding enemy team with 100+ kill score all the time.

Only 4 people? I've had servers where everyone was talking in chat about removing the two helis on Cracked KotH. All of us working together could not touch them. We even tried players locking onto it with the laser designator. That's when we learned the laser designator is trash. Because the pilot just trolled all of us by staying out of the 450m range while he was staying out of stinger range too.

Even the LAV-AA couldn't beat the pilots. If you scare away one chopper, the other comes and finishes you off while you have no where to run. Meanwhile the other chopper can easily get away before you finish it off and lock-on is completely useless since they hard counter it on top of easily out-ranging it, and even going low on the rare chance neither is an option.

I'd dare say when the enemy team has a squad of 4 running both the helis in a group (self repairing the beefer one too). You're screwed 100% no matter how good you are. Even if your team pulls out a second LAV-AA via air drop, you're still screwed because the random who took the first LAV-AA isn't going to be as good as you and chip them with the 20m/30m cannon together with you.

Range of the Stinger as well as the Lav-AA needs to be increased. Because a good helicopter pilot can just stay at the max range to the point where they are untouchable and just hit you with the 30mm cannon as well as smart Rockets and their is not much you can do. Also unless they use the decoy flares before the rocket it fired it should still hit the helicopter. So dumb that they are wait until the missile is about to hit them to flare and the missile misses.

Plus both the 30MM and 20mm cannon on the LAV-AA are a joke to do any major damage to both the little bird and the assult helicopter
