Why getting 200+ Ping

My friends are getting like 80-90 ping but why i always getting 250+ ping on the same server.

Hi, I had a similar problem, the first launch of the game after coming home was with a good ping, but then the ping was 200+. And now, just a couple hours a day randomly ping was adequate. I decided to turn on vpn for fun and play with it, ping was terrible. But after that I went in without vpn and oh wonder, my ping was less than 100. Then after leaving the game, or if I did not play for some time and was just in the menu, the ping again rose to 200 +. But if I start again with vpn and exit, then start without vpn, the game works normally again. I don't know how it works, but try it like this. In my case, I was distributing internet to myself through my phone with vpn enabled.
