Cannot add Friend

I cannot add my friend on delta force, he is using a direct client and im using steam. i thought game has a crossplay? how to fix or how to add? even UID doesnt work

You mean the Garena one? You can't.
If you want to play on Garena use Garena client, if you wanna play on Steam use Steam. No crossplay on Steam x Garena.
