is the extraction mode fun compared DMZ?

I used to play a lot warzone DMZ, I wonder if I can have the same fun with this game
(missions, loot, etc)

DMZ was crap. This is actually ok and could be a lot of fun if not for the cheaters.

As someone else that played the crap out of DMZ, DMZ is by far my favorite extraction mode so far. The map size and pace, combined with CoD gunplay was amazing. It did lack depth though. I didn't care for how weapon looting worked. I find this game fun.

It has smaller maps, way smaller. 1/8th of DMZ. However, it has more depth and a proper weapon/gear looting system. Honesty, this is better than Tarkov in a lot of ways. Tarkov weapon modding etc is a mess. This has depth, but things are easier to find and attachments are more universal. Way more QoL features.

For the people crying cheaters, every FPS has cheaters. This has no more than any other game. I play both modes and usually ranked, have seen 1 person get banned mid game (It tells you at the top right) and have ran into maybe 1 person that I could say for sure was cheating. A lot of people crying just suck or don't know how all the character abilities and things work. You can be highlighted for the other team and located by multiple characters and abilities.

Overall its fun and its free. Try it.

If you enjoyed DMZ you would enjoy this, for sure. I came here from DMZ and the only thing I prefer about DMZ is the scale of maps.

I played this for maybe 50 hours and Tarkov for maybe 600 hours and I will say that Delta Force Extraction Mode is something like "arcade casual action".
You'll kill like 20+ Bots every match, and no match really goes longer than maybe 15-30 Minutes. It's very easy to understand since you can look at the Map and see your Quests/Exits. Gun Modding is very simple to understand and Items have the typical RPG Color for rarity and it will tell you the value of the item. I played it with friends who don't have time to play more in depth or realistic Extraction Games like Tarkov, but I don't see myself playing this one Solo over Tarkov. It's just too stale IMO. But a good start for anyone curious about this type of Game Mode.
