Loading into a match issues

Hello, i have an issue with the game loading. Sometimes when i am loading into "the menu" my character doesnt load, nor do any of the options, basically i am stuck inside the base not being able to do anything for a good 2-3 minutes, before it finished loading.

2nd issue - which is more annoying - whenever i launch a game - operations to be specific - i get to the helicopter video, then i get the loading map, where i can see extraction points, quests, etc. Then the loading gets stuck around 54% for some time, after a while it reaches 100%, i load into a game where i can see only sand, no textures are rendered, after which i get another loading screen and after some time i am back in the "main menu, aka base"
I get a prompt saying there is a match ongoing and whether i want to return, if i click return the match starts loading again and after some time it will finally get me into the match.

Its like this everytime, taking 5-7 minutes to actually start playing the game.

Any idea how to fix or whats the issue? The game itself runs perfectly smooth, i have a stable 50-60fps, no drops in FPS even in combat. Its just the freaking loading.

Same. They need to optimize the game more.
Other games with similar graphics and same size maps have WAY faster loading times

ye same here in operations i join the game after 3 min

I can't even load into a game.. if I do a pubs game it loads to 26% and stops, and operations it gets to 85% and stops. I let it do it's thing and load and after a short period of time I get an error message and boots me back to the main screen
