Holding F to execute players in operations

It makes it nearly impossible to get a stealth kill off.

Please consider making it so you only have to tap F, like with the AI.

I second this, it's like that in DMZ. No reason why it shouldn't be the same here.

-bump, add in kill contribution if an ally "steals" your execution for warfare as well
