How do people get an attack heli on Hill of Iron?

There's no option to spawn one in and there's no option to spawn one in using points, where are people getting them>?

The team that is on the right hand side of the map has a vehicle spawn point for them in the middle of map, by B flag I think. I don't remember seeing one when I was the other team.

The B flag spawn is shared. Whoever takes it can spawn the heli

HoI is such a garbage mode. Barely any players, a single squad of infantry can dominate the whole map because vics have piss poor damage against infantry
