ACE Center (13-131134-2) Heeeeeeeeeeeeeelp
Played without problems first day I downloaded, next day it lags like crazy when close to objectives etc and game closes down with a message:

Game time fluctuation is detected. Please close or uninstall related game speed changer softwares, reboot system and try launch the game again.
(13-131134-2)

W11 on a Corsair MP700Pro, only installed asus armory for drivers and steam.
i9-13900KS, RTX 4090.

Anyone got any clues?!

Any luck? I'm having the same issue
RIP bro' Dec 19, 2024 @ 3:13am
Same problem here.
I do not install anything and they say that I have a program detected. That game is already broken.

Ok, So I found something that seems to be working for me. Just to recap my issue, when I launched my game I'd get terrible stutters accompanied with static noise over my headphones. It would eventually level out and I could drop in. While playing randomly I would get terrible stutters with frame drops down to single digits, occasionally it would recover but ultimately it would return and end with crashing the game and having the ACE center error stating "Game Time Fluctuation Detected".

So I opened Event Viewer, went to windows logs and reviewed the system, I saw several 9007 and 9008 event IDs. After several google searches I found it was something to do with my devices connecting and reconnecting? Not sure, but either way this only occurred after the ACE anti cheat service would start.

THE SOLUTION (at least for me so far) :
Open Edit power plan, then change advanced power settings, scroll down to USB settings, then USB selective suspend setting. Set this to "Disabled".

I hope this helps some one else, this was very frustrating for me, so much time wasted uninstalling and reinstalling programs.

I will update here if the issue returns.

7800X3D, 4090, 32GB DDR5-6000: You're describing the same issues I experienced! At first I thought it was shader compilation stutter but it was also happening on the menu, from 200+ FPS down to 3 or 4 FPS, then if it lasts long enough the Ace Anti Cheat pop up that crashes the game. I just disabled the USB suspend feature and will give this game another shot!

Update: The USB Suspend setting change fixed it! Wild! Thanks!

I just had this issue. My system completely locked up and my speakers were making some weird noise. Just as I was about to hold down the power button everything started working again - except my mouse and keyboard. Then my game crashed with this error message.

I was concerned that the game thought I was cheating for some reason when my system locked up, so I'm glad it sounds like my hardware jacked up for some reason. Just when I was starting to get my groove as a medic too.. :(

It's about time I buy a new mouse and keyboard anyway. The ones that came with my CyberPowerPC system are cheap. Really thinking they're the issue since when everything came back up they were the only ones not working. Annoying...
