Operations colors not vibrant and fuzzy

is there some secret tweaks to make colors more vibrant or vivid? ive noticed some streamers as well as clips sent through discord from friends that all their colors and clarify look sharp compared to mine. i cranked all settings to extreme and played with anti aliasing setting and ambient occlusion but nothing seems to change how my operations gameplay looks.

open nvidia control panel (right click on desktop) -> than go in control panel to digital vibrance
