No team voice Sound - Solved

For the last couple of days now I have not been able to hear my teams voice chat but they cant hear me. I have game audio, I have tried Ctrl+m twice to mute and unmute, I have gone into settings in match and in the black-site to change the the voice volume sliders to disable and re-enable squad chat. Any help would be nice its hard to play when you cant hear your team

I have surround sound system and it has an auto surround up-scaler that I had to turn off while playing and this solved this issue.

I have been going back and forth with the customer support on the website. They have not been helpful at all. I have uploaded Video, screen shots, and game logs. They said try without using my audio mixer software. The audio mixer is the driver software for my speakers. even when i disabled the software the issue still persisted.

Try to change dns server it works for me

I had to turn off auto surround up-scaling and this fixed my issue.
