It violates the policy cuz it alters the game which give you a advantage over other players.

Just play with mouse and keyboard i know thats hard to understand but do nothing to modify in any way shape or fashion only use adjustment in in game setting, you can use audio mixers which I use to turn down explosions and I did verify threw the devs that its ok but you take a risk beyond that.

Still fun without macros plenty of auto weapons.
