Contacted support again, unless they fix the issue I'm unistalling... the game is currently wasted space on my SSD sadly.
Can you share the Port numbers? i am facing tons of lag after the new season update.
Support has been mostly ignoring me, they ask for video footage/screenshots/discord ID and once I provide what they ask they either don't follow up with anything, ignore the provided material or STRAIGHT DO NOT DOWNLOAD THE RECORDED VIDEO.
I swear to god, I'm so close to publishing the whole ticket history if they keep ignoring me and just providing silly advice like checking connection or reinstalling the game as if I didn't try those already.

i tried uninstall and reinstall in both epic games and steam. face similar problems or just made it so much worse. along with the new update. still unresolved.. ill just wait for new update or just quit the game entirely..
