steam missing file privileges + rumours
First of all i don't want to make any false speculations but here it is.

When i first install the game my antivirus pop-up a message saying that some files are corrupted and this was before the rumours of spyware etc comes out. I played the game couple of hours and i installed it 2 days ago if i am not mistaken. When i updated the game for the new season steam couldn't finish the installation because of steam missing file privileges.

You can't tell me that i have no reason to be suspicious about this game...

A trogon pony.

Uninstall anti-virus software, use MS Defender, problem goes away.

Sure solely rely on MS defender, sure. That is just an invitation to invite every known virus out there to come to an all eat buffet! No thanks!

A/V is a precaution, how dumb can you be.

There are tons of threats out there, BitDefender has NEVER let me down. You act like your immune or some IT god that can't get a virus. Even when following "best practices" someone can get a virus/malware/spyware, etc. A/V is an added level of security.

The devs can rectify this with BitDefender, Kapersky, etc. Then they will push out an update so it doesn't pop as a trojan or false positive.

Alright, if it's just SO USEFUL, what were you doing when you last got a threat? Opened up an email for bigger penis, downloaded zip file, decompressed and ran .exe?

Seriously dude? You can project your fantasies elsewhere. So let me ask you...

Do you take long walks in the bad section of town? Wonder why

Do you leave your fireplace or candles burning when you leave the house? Wonder why

Do you lock your doors at night? Wonder why

As you can see i'm being very sarcastic, it's obvious why.....

WE DO THESE THINGS AS A PRECAUTION.

If you want to play the game as is, fine. But is it so unreasonable for the majority of us to have the issue fixed or we're done with it.

Or just not tell me what you were doing when you last got infected. I mean, I'll make assumptions if you don't. And if I'm wrong, I'm wrong. BUT HEYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY I CAN'T HELP IT WHEN YA DON'T TELL MAY
