Anyone else has crazy stutters?

Every 40-60 seconds my fps drop from 139 down to 20.
My game is installed on SSD and other games work fine.

game on M2 but stutters after update even worst (7700k, 6800, 32gb ram)

I downgraded my video drivers with DDU (to version 24.8.1), restarted the shader compilation and put the game on fullscreen. Also note that they "set" ingame fps to 120 cap, idk why. Once i disabled that option i got back a whole lot of my performance, although i gotta mention there's drops down to ~100 fps here and there.
AMD 5800X, AMD 6800XT, 32GB Ram

I just came here to say this. Previous to the season 2 patch, -dx11 -useallavailablecores in steam launch options fixed it. I'm back to stuttering again though. Should I remove that? Anybody have an solutions now?

I will delete this game, piece of s__t. Crazy stutters, russian operators, cheaters. Let them play it alone.

I've tried using -dx11 and was still stuttering pretty bad.
i've played for the first time yesterday before the patch and had no issues at all.
