your antivirus is blocking a file from the update. People are saying that is a false positive, if you add the game folder to your antivirus exclusions and check game files integrity on steam it will redownload the missing file and the game will work.

yeah nah, i dont do "exeptions" with game. and 100% not for a software coming from a certain zone of the world. either they fix that or not. easy.
