One month ago I was banned for 10 years. I never cheated. Today I am unbanned.

On December 15, 2024 I was issued a 10 year ban from Delta Force. After appealing my ban and asking support why I was banned, I got virtually no information other than that they thought I was cheating.

Today, I am unbanned! This is after:
* Submitting 19 separate support tickets (they only let you submit one at a time)
* Writing a 6 page document of all the evidence I could come up with to prove my innocence
* Replying to every single support ticket (they only let you reply once per support ticket)
* Having my ban officially upheld after review two times

They haven't yet told me what made them change their mind. I honestly think they just got tired of me writing them the same messages every day, since they rejected my appeals so many times before I don't know what would have changed. One thing that never changed is the fact that I didn't cheat!

I've received a LOT of harassment while trying to tell people on Reddit and on here that they have a problem with falsely banning people. Everyone loves to assume that anyone complaining about being banned MUST be a cheater.

Now I know being unbanned isn't exactly proof that I never cheated, but it's the closest thing I've got.

One thing is for sure, the next time I play this game I will be streaming it so I have conclusive evidence that I can play just as well as I ever did before, and I'll have something to show if they ban me again.

This is the exact same argument you can use to compel you to prove that he is cheating.

The biggest problem cheating creates is - you can't trust anyone.
That was the topic I discussed here.
The only real test is when you play on someone else's PC in offline tournament. Anything else, especially when you play in the comfort of your own apartment and cheating is a possibility.

Your whining "You're just bad at games and think everyone is cheating" is just another proof with all those "i didn't do nothing" posts that cheaters are among us and actively gaslighting.
The good thing though is most of them are not that smart and get cought by anticheat. Smart ones usually streaming and paying for good cheats and cheating hardware.

Yes you did accuse, indirectly, because you're working on the assumption that he is cheating. We can all read your posts, not sure why you're denying it.

Not everyone who kills you is cheating, it's not some massive conspiracy against you.

I'm not trying to excuse their behavior, especially the harassment, but the likelihood of someone being banned for cheating without having cheated is quite low. This is why many people tend to believe the accusation and assume you cheated.

That said, most cheaters wouldn't go to the lengths you did, though that alone doesn’t prove innocence. Either way, welcome back to the game.

Can you add me and contact me I have questions about this situation. My cousin was banned for 2 days for "EULA agreement" then played a couple hours after the time was over and got banned again for 2 days. When he went to sign on they told him he was banned for 10 years for "3rd party program loading" we both have sent in at least 8 tickets and still counting. Do you have any advice on how to prove them you are innocent? No my cousin doesn't cheat or I wouldn't be going through all this trouble to help him get unbanned. He has spent money on the game $100 atleast and same as I. Please if you read this contact me or reply to this for help.

Same situation for over a week now. Following tools in the background: Discord (no streaming), ChatGPT, MSI Afterburner and SignalRGB. I think SignalRGB (a software to control lights) triggered the false-positive, cause it can scan the display. Its not on the prohibited-tools list from the Devs.

Bans issued by game developers need to be appealed via that developer's support team.
