Got banned for 1 day, no explanation why.

I just got banned for 24 hours. The ban popup only says "You have been banned from logging in due to a violation of the User Agreement. You will be unbanned on etc etc (24 hours period). "

I have submitted a ticket through the google docs shared found in this forum. I also tried to submit through the link with "yzfchat" in the url page provided also by a dev found in this forum but it didn't give me a confirmation code to email to complete the submission.

I hope dev could shine a light on to why this happened. Because I'm very curious why I got 24 hrs banned.

I got my nickname in game changed like 3 time, got banned on chat around 5 times and still no suspension in the game itself. Funny, isn't it?
Well, reason is simple - this game is made by Asians :) They will ban people that played with cheaters without even realising they are playing with them. But in other situations they will give you just tiny ban on the chat for calling Ruzzians in a bad way.

You 100% had something running on your machine that you were not supposed to have. That's the only good explanation unless you were doing something in-game you should not have been doing like saying things in chat or being an awful teammate that you got reported for.

From the official list of non-recommended software I only have iCue installed BUT I dont have the app launched, although I notice there are some iCue services running. I wasn't being toxic in chat/voice comms also... Oh well, I guess I'll just wait for the ban to expire.
