well they are afraid that they split the playerbase to much so thats why they arent doing it

There will be no solo players at all if solo queue doesn't come soon.

I see a lot of solo players running around now but they will give up in the long run if they will be constantly beaten by the groups of three.

I agree and it's quite annoying to have when you're playing with 2 a random player who is just going to do what he wants and die alone and not play in teamplay when it's obvious that it's is a clearly teamplay game

we could throw without looking for a last player but then we would still be at a disadvantage... playing 2V3 all the time

I think a solo queue is mandatory to get more people in. I'm sure the playerbase will grow quite substantially if a solo queue is added.. I'd understand waiting with a duo queue but solo queue is definitely only getting more people in.
