I doubt it. I tried this game. It's not good. At all.
No one in this thread complained they couldn't kill someone in purple with blue ammo.
When the game moves to console, it will have a huge influx of new players.
The game needs to be well balanced before then. Keeping everything at blue lets players come in with very little expense, and not be outclassed by someone else due to having more money and time spent in the game. That can happen in normal and hard, which is fine.
Dark and Darker has many flaws, but it's gear capping system works well and could be used as a model for how this game should work. Outside of easy, everything goes, inside easy, all are on equal and inexpensive footing.
