nothing can be done until ACE Anti-Cheat/Launcher devs fix the issues, also further investigating the issues, I found reddit posts dated way back to 3 months back even before Black Hawk Down update, that people have experienced the same issues but the recent update causes the same issue to happen more frequent and on more variety range of systems.
At most, you just hope that the Anti-Cheat/Launcher doesn't crash at the background processes again, if you still insist of playing, best is just take a break and wait til they address the issue.
I experienced the same issue after the Black Hawk Down update, the Anti Cheat pop-up is after when the game randomly decides to freeze itself at 1-4fps for 1-2mins and then the Anti-Cheat error pop with "abnormal timing" mostly because it detects the game crashing itself out to 1-4fps for extended period of time as "cheating". So, in my case it would not be the anti-cheat but something is causing the game to randomly freeze itself at 1-4fps and after rebooting the PC, I checked the window event viewer and it was tbs_browser.exe crashing out in the background process while in the game. which apparently a game from the same publisher "Level Infinite" for the Global version of the game, "Arena Breakout Infinite" had the same issues reported by it's players feedback since 1 year ago.
I can play a little longer after this update, but the mouse and keyboard will still be out of order
