Performance settings are a joke? (ultra vs low settings rant)

Got a 8700k with a RTX 2070 Super and 48Gb of ram DDR4
Tried to set some settings and lower some of the graphics options and having some random stuttering so i had the idea of testing something and put the recommended settings for the game... amazingly i have more FPS all in ultra and DLSS set to performance compared to everything in low and same DLSS @ 1080p LOL

Have way more FPS and less stuttering in ultra! Go figure!

Badly optimized game? Dunno but it was funny to look at the settings and have a better gameplay experience rather than in lower settings but...!

it might be your 8800k, the 2070 is aging now as well, how much VRAM does it have? just the game uses around 11Gb vram on my 7900xtx at 1440p

You would be surprised how many games nowadays give more FPS in higher graphic settings than on low. It feels like GPU just don't load at all when on low, giving all stress to CPU

to be fair, not sure if even a 8800k is a thing, either a 8700k or the 8086k limited edition. Either way, they are old af now and if you have more fps in ultra, it's because your cpu in ♥♥♥♥♥♥ quality is bottlenecking your gpu.
