Chinese Spyware Anticheat
Game uses ACE-BASE Anticheat, which doesn't uninstall or even stop running after uninstalling Delta Force.
Uninstall Delta Force and ACE-BASE ASAP.

EDIT: If you think it "isn't running" because you don't see it, use CMD and run "sc query ACE-BASE"
EDIT: A dev came by and said "we would never do such a thing" and marked it as the topic answer lmao (three times so far)

I just went through my active programs after leaving my computer on for 24hours. ACE-BASE was not seen in my active programs and I am running two loads both IMVU and Second Life, which would attract such "spyware". I think you are misunderstood here.

ACE prevents against mainstream game modifiers, monitors cheaters in real time and forces the game to quit as soon as they are identified. Though I do not like Tencent, they say it has a 99.99% accuracy rating with most common types of cheats in these games. It also appears that this anti-cheat was custom-fitted for PC gaming which is separate from the mobile-version of the app.

It might be worth doing some research into the program before going around spreading misinformation: https://www.tencentcloud.com/products/ace

Just to confirm ACE-BASE is also not detected in active or background processes after closing on my CPU either.

I couldn't load Fortnite, bizarrely, because this games anti cheat was apparently stopping it.

I uninstalled it from my program files (x86) and it seems to work now.

Uninstalling DF Demo did not remove it, though if this is common or not I'm unaware.

He is correct that it remains after uninstalling the game.

I still have it on my computer after uninstalling Delty Force.
Active or not, it has no business being on my computer if I don't play the game anymore!

I don't use any other Tencent products.

ACE is incredibly invasive. Almost like a trojan/virus. WORSE when you uninstall this game it doesn't uninstall ACE. There is *NO* reason for this.

Thats a lie. It's a kernel level anti cheat, the best kind.

As does Battleeye, EAC and every other AntiCheat on the market unless it has a physical uninstall option. This is literally nothing new or shocking.

People really think that the computer they have bought with their money belongs to them and that they can decide what is installed on it. At least I can understand that idea. My house my rules. But I hear there are also people who don't care about anything and don't understand anything about technology.:steamfacepalm:
