You're most likely having a driver issue if your on team red. It is a known problem and they are working on it.

2 x 16GB Kingstons - [sorry can't recall the speeds]
Zotac Twin Edge RTX 3070
1TB Crucial NVME (Just for latest games)

It's a bloody 8 year old system (minus the GPU & SSD).. only housekeep every 2 yrs.
AND you're complaining about the lags??
I'm already glad I could run Ghost of Tsushima, Starfield, Cyberpunk 2077, Baldur's Gate 3..
with a rather smooth average of 70 - 100 FPS for Delta Force..

From what i am reading... you may need to up your system.

I ran the game fine with a r5 1600x and a 3080ti so idk. If you know your specs and hardware you can push it for a long time. My systems cpu and mobo are getting very dated now but still runs most games that have even a tiny bit of optimization. Devs are getting lazy and relying on hardware to make up for bad code more and more.
