Report a translation problem
I had the same problem before, and I’m using Windows 11 Pro N.
I tried everything to fix it, including reading this forum, but nothing worked. I even felt so overwhelmed that I considered switching to the Home or Pro version of Windows. Then I stumbled upon a video titled "How to Fix WhatsApp on Windows 11 N," and it turned out the solution was simply to install the Media Feature Pack for Windows 10/11 N.
Here’s how you can do it:
On Windows 10 N:
Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps and Features > Optional features > Add a feature, then search for "Media Feature Pack" in the list and install it.
On Windows 11 N:
Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Optional features, then click View features next to "Add an optional feature." Search for "Media Feature Pack" in the list, select it, and click Add to install.
Alternatively, you can directly search "Optional features" in Settings, then click View features, search for "Media Feature Pack," and add it.
Make sure the installation completes fully. It might take a few tries (I had to do it 2-4 times) before it was successfully installed. After that, restart your PC.
I hope this help
This truly fixed the issue, there's something wrong with the Windows 10 N.
