new to game and need help

guys how i can remove injury effect . it makes screen hard to see even after pressing x to heal it returns again and again

Im new too but I think I know some basic.
Press F3 It should show your condition, if there are some small white icon then click on it and it will automatically use the item that you have in your inventory and heal it
Medical items has different usage, some are for heal and some are for fixing injury debuff you can point at it and learn from the descriptions

It is simple, use the items called Surgical Kits, they are intended for curing injuries such as broken bones and bleeding.

Loot spawn are suppose to spawn in realistic logic so search medical tent or hospital,
But if you ask for gaming tips I don't know and this is just beta testing and an old build , Just buy stuff and explore and testing . You dont really need to invest so much in this play demo.
Lastly they already gave so much money and resources in mail box for us to "Play test"
