Does anything carry over?
Wondering if I should keep playing because I like the game, but don't feel like restarting the whole thing from scratch... Does anything carry over to full release or is it basically start from zero?

I would assume there is going to be a wipe, they didn't say yes or no but there was one from the last playtest.

Most likely, since you get a bunch of items to fast upgrade and test the weapons.
