In order to preserve the balance between different classes of weapons, the damage of a headshot is applied as a multiplier to the base damage, and not an immediate kill.

A typical Assault Rifle needs to score 4 hits to down the enemy, with the damage being roughly doubled on a headshot, resulting in 2 such hits being needed.
This example assumes optimum range of under 30 meters, outside of which the damage dealt is lower, and more hits are needed.

try to defend them how much you want, this kind of game dont last long

This is a chinese developer game so expect a lot of shills coming at you when you point out faults of the game. Just look at the A/D mode, they have given Defense side unlimited respawns which is total BS. Never seen this kind of absurd mechanics in any such 'Siege' type of mode/game.

I personally dont enjoy this game, but defense having unlimited while attackers have limited tickets is quite the norm. IDK what ur talking about.

Is this a gigantic delusion or just stupidity? Both CoD and BF series do not have ohk in the head unless it's sniper rifle, yet CoD is extremely popular and going to stay that way no matter what personalities like you think.

i hate it... the funny thing is that they put so much effort into making a game look realistic graphically for games that play unrealistically.....it's embarrassing. All those details, all those customization options that go to waste in the first OP build they find... the fire selector that loses its usefulness... all this makes no sense... They could use Overwatch graphics at least it would be more clear what to expect from the product.

Insurgency Sandstorm is one of the most balanced game I've played... every weapon is deadly, every build is effective, fire selector makes sense in every weapon type, no tons of customization wasted in cringe monthly OP builds, no BS, no level advantages, no thermal shet ... just pure tactics, aiming skills and make your build according to your playstyle.... pure freedom! which lead to a more realistic and satisfying gunplay... so lets not really talk about balance. The balance was lost as soon as they decided to make another game with mini maps.

my dude! it's a game about war. obviously every hitbox is as if the soldier is wearing a helmet, but due to cosmetic it doesn't show. if you shoot using a sniper rifle its a 1 shot headshot. but you lack braincells!
try getting shot with a rifle round in the head while wearing a helmet... so maybe then you can tell us who killed 2Pac....

Very tactical! finally a real tactical shooter that stands as a good middle ground between Overwatch, fortnite and Arma 3.. we've been waiting for it for so long!
