Game not even starting / Error ACE Errors / 1-0-0 (Fixed)

Well off to a rough start, my game won't even start, had several different errors and crashes. And yes, I have verified my game files, tried running as admin, with dx11 and 12.
I'm at a loss and losing my motivation for before it even started.. :/

Fixed :D

ACE Errors / 1-0-0: Press the Windows key + R -> type "services.msc" -> look for "AntiCheatExpert Service" and check the startup type. If it shows "Disabled," change it to "Manual" and restart the game.

attempting to change the startup type just gives me a message saying the specific service does not exist as an installed service. i am unsure what else to do here.
